My demo of Terra Nil started out on a flat plane laced by dry riverbeds and dotted with cracked earth. After nearly two years of homebound hyper-vigilance brought on by political chaos and a global pandemic, this is the deeply chill distraction that I needed. So imagine my surprise in early June when the team announced its next project, Terra Nil, a “reverse city-builder” about restoring wild areas after an ecological disaster.Īfter spending a few hours with an early demo of Terra Nil, it’s hard to imagine a bigger departure for the studio, but I’m all in. The game features pixelated caricatures of action movie heroes blowing stuff up with big guns and even bigger American flags. When there's one single building you have not used, it's quite likely the solution.Free Lives is best known for its 2014 side-scrolling action game, Broforce. However I believe the game tells you about dry grass on the third level? And as long as you don't assume everything is a bug, you should look at every option you have and see if one works. I'll agree that the tooltip should mention dry grass, not just fynbos. In this case, you use the dehumidifier to dry the grass, and you can start the fire on that dry grass. They are talking about the fifth one, which is the same biome as the first level, but doesn't spawn any trees to begin with, which means you can't get fynbos. They are not talking about the first level. I even got an achievement for mass burning xD ![]() And the fire will even burn it's way through normal grass too. This annoying crap combined with blatantly broken map gen is really making me not enjoy this game You start the fire inside the flowers. ![]() So obnoxiously obtuse and terrible game design.
